- Saturday at Noon! The Raleigh St Patrick's Day Parade Come March in the parade with members of Carl Larsson and Friends of Scandinavia! Wear your Viking costume, your Scandinavian Costume or a Norwegian sweater as we carry our banners and wave to the crowd.

- Saturday at 3 PM at the Hollinghurst's home in Durham. Bring a salad or dessert item for the serving table. The menu will include poached salmon and gravlax, and for dessert, strawberries and whipped cream. Bring flowers from your garden to decorate the Mai Pole at 3 PM.

Kräftskiva - Crayfish Celebration
- Our Kräftskiva, Crayfish Celebration. Our VASA year continues with our annual Crayfish Party, another outdoor event, weather permitting. Location to be announced. We hope that you all can come and renew Vasa friendships after a long, hot summer. These next four months will be our busiest leading up to our Christmas Fair in December. We will need everyone's help and cooperation to make the Julmarknad a success.
