1) Sign up and pay at DLPSW#15's 100 Convention - February 28 - March 1, 2014
2) Email the lodge, in the subject line write Mamma Mia. Indicate the number of tickets you want to purchase at each price. We will email you with a confirmation and payment information. Payment may made via cash, check or PayPal.
