At our May meeting we go out to eat at a restaurant in memory of Mothers Day. We do not have a regular meeting during the summer, but we hold a picnic at a members home. At our October meeting we commemorate Lief Eriksson day. In November we celebrate the anniversary of the founding of our lodge by Arvid Bryggman in 1961 with lunch at a restaurant. We hold a Santa Lucia Festival each December, where we have a Split Pea Soup Supper, and Swedish cookies and pastries and coffee, we also have entertainment and singing. We welcome anyone of Scandinavian heritage or anyone who is interested in Scandinavian and Nordic countries and culture.
